Customers are the most important part of any business and the Portal provides a way to focus on the needs of your Company's customer database. A customer in the Portal can order stock, purchase items with layby and a Site can perform a home delivery for items purchased. There is also a facility in the Portal for loans to customers and a gift voucher creation tool. Specialised services exist to allow you to invoice your customers (Debtors), reward and encourage repeat business (Loyalty) and survey your customers (Marketing). In the following section of the Zen Global Help system, we will discuss these services and also the maintenance of the customer database. We will also look at the reports available to you.

 

The Customers section of the Zen Global Help system is concerned with the Customers Menu. The Customers Menu can be opened by selecting Menus and Customer from the Navigation Menu.
