Zen Global is an all-encompassing web-based solution to your company's loyalty and marketing needs. It tracks member activity and sales information on a global scale and provides management with the data and tools to maintain and expand their client base. For the purposes of this manual, Zen Global is broken down into two main components:
Zen Portal, the main aspect of the system where sales conducted at venue level are uploaded to the Portal database via an ADSL connection.
Vision, a portal-based digital image controller including scheduled advertising and dynamic menu boards.
The help file you are reading will outline the following information:
Introduction, a brief outline of the Portal.
Setup, a series of topics related to the Corporate Structure in the Portal, including the configuration of Companies and Sites.
Customers, a series of tutorials that discuss the maintenance of your Customers in the Portal and some of the available services to your Customers.
Loyalty, a series of tutorials discussing the Loyalty reward system of the Portal.
Marketing, a series of tutorials directed at surveying customers and using the results to focus advertising and promotional campaigns.
Inventory, a series of tutorials related to stock management in the Portal.
Creditors, a series of tutorials that discuss the maintenance of the suppliers of inventory in the Portal.
Debtors, a series of tutorials that describe the use of debtor accounts in the Portal.
Sales Reports, a series of tutorials that outline the powerful sales reporting techniques available in the Portal.
Ledgers, a series of tutorials aimed at ledger and cash book maintenance in the Portal.
Vision, a reference manual for the configuration of Vision in the Portal and a series of tutorials outlining the use of Zen Vision to promote your business.
Point of Sale, a series of tutorials that discuss the Portal tools for the POSPortal, AMC Convergent IT's Point of Sale system.
Appendix, a menu navigation reference table that can be used to quickly determine how to navigate to a particular screen.
